Report infringement
Last updated September 12, 2026
If something offered on Hot Goth Clothes infringes a copyright or a trademark you own, tell us here. Designs are created from written prompts and screened automatically before they are made, but that screening catches names rather than pictures — it reduces how often something gets through, and it is not a substitute for being told.
What happens to your report
A person reviews it. Nothing is removed automatically — an automatic takedown would be a way for anyone to remove anyone’s work by filling in a form, so a human decides every one.
If your report is upheld, the design and every product printed from it stop being offered. They are archived rather than deleted, because orders that were already placed remain recorded and payable to the people owed for them.
You will be given a reference number when you submit. We may write to you at the address you give if we need more information; we do not otherwise use it.
Before you file
Only the rights holder or someone authorised to act for them may file a report. A report sent in bad faith — to remove work you have no rights over, or a design you simply dislike — is misuse of this form and may expose you to liability to the person whose work you target.
We do not ask for a postal address or a telephone number. Everything that follows happens over email, and a public form is not a place to leave either. If you need to send a complete statutory notice with full contact details, send it to [support email not yet set for this storefront] instead of, or as well as, using this form.
Not sure this is the right place? The Terms of Service say who sells what you see here, and the Returns Policy covers problems with an order you placed.
